RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our handmade products and safety concerns, returns/exchanges are not available. Please note we are not responsible for any orders after they have been marked lost, undelivered, and/or delivered. 

In the event your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied in any way, please email us within 2 days from the marked delivery date at customerservice@brookesbathshop.com.
