Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately once your order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled. 

How often do you restock items?

Although our goal is to remain stocked at all times, restock dates vary depending upon product availability. Typically, the turn around time is within 2 weeks.

What if my skins shows signs of breaking out after using your product?

Prior to ordering, please read  the ingredients carefully to determine if you are allergic to any listed ingredient. If you have sensitive skin, we advise you to perform a patch test prior to using our products. If any redness, itching, or irritation is observed, discontinue use. Ingredients are listed under each item.

Are the colorants you use safe for my skin?  

Yes, all our colorants are skin-safe and can include micas, glitters, gel colors, powders, pigments or natural colorants such as activated charcoal, madder root powder, spirulina powder, rose clay, indigo powder, etc.

What do you use to scent your products and are they safe?

Some of our products are scented using fragrance oils. These oils contain synthetic and/or natural essential oils.They are a 100% skin-safe, phthalate free and IFRA compliant. The IFRA, ( International Fragrance Association), sets the standards for how much fragrance may safely be used in a particular application, like soap, creams, body washes, scrubs, and even candles.

What is the shelf life of your products?

It depends on the type of product and how you care for them. 

Soaps - We recommend using our soaps within 12 months of purchase. Ideally for our scented soaps, these should be used within 3 months of removing from it's packaging. However, there's no need to worry about your soap spoiling if it's beyond the 12 months. The lather and quality remain intact, but as your soap ages, the color and scent will fade. 

Store your soap on a well drained soap dish and allow to dry in between each use.

Scrubs - Use within 9 months of purchase.

Butters & Creams - Use within 12 months of purchase. Store in cool and dry place.

Body Washes - Use within 12 months of purchase

Body Oils & Mists - Use within 12 months of purchase

Bath Bombs - Average shelf life is 6 months if stored in a cool and dry place.
